looking for just the right person to add to our core administrative team. The company is in an innovative phase with a major site redevelopment and capital campaign in process.
This position is a senior position reporting directly to the Artistic Producer. Responsible for the administrative success of the organization and the front line management of many aspects of the festival, this position will be an integral part of the future success of this iconic arts organization. We are looking for a dynamic individual who brings a wide range of
skills to the table including but not limited to producing, event planning, granting, fundraising, day to day finance, and people management.

Box Office setup and reconciliation with internal ticket system
Donor management – Sumac
Oversite of office computer systems and IT consultant
The ideal candidate for this position will be a creative and dynamic thinker who is interested in the challenge of taking advantage of the potential in this organization. The ideal candidate will have the experience and/or training that gives them the ability to take a leadership role in producing a theatre festival.
This is a full-time, year-round position which is very busy in the summer season and more flexible from fall through spring. The position has a salary of between $40,000 and $43,000 annually and a modest health benefits package.
