SATP is seeking a Project Manager (or production manager in theatre terms) to support the team in producing TheatreCon 2025.
The successful applicant will work alongside the Executive Director and Communications & Engagement Coordinator to accomplish the following:
Coordinate accessibility needs (transportation, parking, childcare, sensory room/quiet spaces, ASL interpretation, mobility needs etc. as needed) for delegates and presenters.
Help source a photographer/videographer for the conference to archive the event.
Work with the AV/Video company to coordinate schedules and logistics for the conference.
Assist with communication with contractors (hotel, AV/Video, photographer/videographer, etc.)
Create a logistics schedule for the weekend for the team and external contractors.
Prep/run the conference with the SATP team and be a point person for contractors, tech, and any logistics that may arise.
