The time has officially come - SATP's Green Room (our digital membership platform) is closing its doors. If you've been a member for a while, you may know that this has been an ongoing process over the last year. We have been slowly moving to an interim membership system based on our website: https://sasktheatreprofessionals.ca/membership-purchase

While we hoped to wait until we had our new, shiny website with a new permanent membership portal to close the Green Room officially, we've decided that, to ease confusion, we will be shutting down the Green Room at the end of October. This process may take a while, so bear with us as you may receive email notifications in November as we shut things down.

WHAT THIS WILL LOOK LIKE: If you still have a paid membership through the Green Room, we will cancel your membership so your card will not continue to be charged. Once everyone's membership has been cancelled, we will close the portal.

If you had a paid membership through the Green Room and are worried that you'll have to pay for a membership twice in one year, have no fear! Our interim membership system is a tiered Pay-What-You-Can model, and you can simply select the $0 option for this year.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: We are asking all of you to please go to our website and get your SATP membership before October 31, 2026. UNLESS you know you've already gotten a membership this year through our website. Then carry on as usual!

IF YOU MISS THE DEADLINE: It's ok! You will temporarily not be an SATP member, and we will follow up with you individually to confirm if you'd like to renew or stay NOT a member.
